This booklet is a summary of a Zoom lecture I gave on October 3, 2020, at the invitation of Karate Virtual. After the lecture, several very interesting questions were asked. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time for a comprehensive answer. In this book, I address these questions in detail. These questions motivated me to conduct in-depth and comprehensive studies and to re-examine my knowledge of the topics discussed. I am incredibly grateful for the many valuable questions, as this deeper study has also helped me progress further on my path.
